ioGate® supports OPC UA server and MQTT publishing, Modbus TCP master/slave, Modbus TCP to RTU conversion, and serial server protocols such as S7 on network interfaces. It also supports MQTT Transport Layer Security (TLS) and OPC UA session-layer encryption.
The serial port allows users to configure multiple protocols: Modbus master, Modbus slave, serial server, Modbus TCP to RTU conversion, and more. It integrates I/O modules for device data acquisition and control.
With rich features and flexible configuration, it is suitable for most industrial field data acquisition and protocol conversion scenarios. Based on a real-time operating system, it offers fast startup, real-time response, and stable reliability.
It reduces the number and types of devices required, lowering procurement costs and management complexity. Support for MQTT TLS and OPC UA session-layer encryption enables easy cloud deployment through MQTT publishing.
Edge storage allows real-time on-site data to be saved to SQLite database files and supports scenarios such as NC program storage. It also supports FTP and serial DNC file transfer protocols.
